If the Waybox activates the RCD (external upstream RCD) when in ‘standby' (no vehicle plugged in) contact Enel X Way Customer Support team for further guidance.
If the RCD is activated whitest plugged into a Vehicle or during the recharge, we recommend if possible, trying a different cable or vehicle, this process will eliminate the cable and the vehicle being the cause of the RCD tripping. If this issue continues, our advice would be to contact Enel X Way Customer Support team for further guidance.
